. The working hours must comply with legal and industry standards; overtime must not exceed the
legal limits and must be remunerated as per the local requirements.

abusive or exploitative is not tolerated.
Our suppliers must not take disciplinary action, dismiss or otherwise discriminate against any
employee for providing information concerning the observance of this Code of Business Ethics.
Intellectual Property (IP)
We fully comply with the legal IP requirements of the countries in which we do business and respect the
IP rights of third parties. We expect our suppliers to do the same.
Environmental Aspects
We will work with our suppliers to promote alternatives to harmful manufacturing practices by
encouraging the use of products that have been obtained or manufactured in environmentally sensitive
ways (energy efficiency, recycling, etc.).
Our commitment to continuously improve our environmental practices implies the review of the
environmental performance of our suppliers on a periodic basis to identify opportunities for
improvement.
Disclosure
We require our suppliers and those of their sub-contractors in view of the business ethics mentioned in
the present Code.

We recognise that this Code must develop over time in the light of practical experience, changing
