英语专业的一篇课文 叫new year's resolution .应该是写个summary
The hero of this story intended to live in harmony with his family.
However things always went contrary to his wish. He helped his two sons build a snowman.Unfortunately, it ended up in one of his sons dampening his feet and the other lossing his glove.But He didn't give up easily.He thought that if he could help his wife do some chore,his wife would love him more.But the wife couldn't figure out why her husband became so different with the man he'd used to be. Even the children jointed his wife's blame on him.He couldn't keep his temper any more and told his children angrily that they were unworthy of such a good fater.As he was thus camplaining,he ordered his children to do what they should do .At the meantime,everyone seemed to be relaxed,for the father they were familiare with returned back.

in thise story ,the important character tried to get well with his family members .but he always got the opposite of what he wanted.He played with snow with his two sons ,but unfortunaly ,one boy made his feet all wet ,the other lose his golves .But he never gave up his original idea that got well with them .and he thought if he did more housework ,his wife would love him more.so he adorned helped her with christmas trees,but his wife didn't appreciate and she didn't thought her husband was the same as before.when she blamed with him ,the two sons didn't agree with their father either.finally ,he didn't control his emotion and said angrily to his sons:you didn't deserve to have a father like me "and ordered them did what they should do .at that time ,all were calmed ,because this was an indeed father .
