似乎"over"是多余的,只要说"those guys in washington"就行了.还是"over in"有自己的含义?

其实OVER IN WASHINGTON 就相当于我们平时见到的OVER THERE

你仔细看就会发现，它和后面的here构成了呼应。

我觉得over在这里没有特定的意义,只是个表义
