小鹿纯子 现在的样子:急~~~~~~~~~讯雷发生异常

讯雷现在无法正常下载东西，下载时速度会乱跳一会1G多一会负几万M，下载文件名也无法正常显示，下载几分钟后讯雷会出现如下提示，要求关闭讯雷。请问那位高手知道是和原因，该如何解决。谢谢！！！
