if you still want to continue law school, the sooner the better as you may know, most usa universities do not accept our B degree although they admit it. especially for law, usa is case law/common law, and we are not. Thus practice makes more sense there.
关于如何选专业和条件
sorry, but guess your question is a bit too general to answer. There are so many good univeristies and majors there as same as in China, thus make wise choices.
