这是一个REVIEW
A phenomenal book I read this year was Under the Blood-Red Sun. The author of this book is Graham Sailsbury.

This historical fiction book is about a young boy named Tomi. Tomi lives with his mother, father, and grandfather in a small home on the Wilsonproperty. Tomi has a Japanese background, since all of his family is from Japan, except for him. Tomi lived on the Hawaiian Islands in the time of World War II.

Tomi and his friend Billy (a tall blond American boy) frequently lecture to each other about the issues of the war and ask each other questions about it like why it instituted, or when will it will be concluded They even sometimes wonder if they will be forced to join the army and go to war.

Then, one day, when Tomi and Billy were playing baseball in diamond grass field, Japanese fighter planes flew over to the Islands and dropped bombs everywhere. Innocent individuals were annihilated. Residences were obliterated, and devastation was everywhere.

All while this terrible thing is happening, Tomifather is out at sea fishing. That was what he did for a living. Tomifather never reappeared at home. Now it was up to Tomi to uncover his fatherstory.. That is the major most part of the story.

If you savor an enjoyable phenomenal book, with a lot of stimulation in it, this is certainly the book for you.

December 7, 1941 -- thirteen-year-old Tomikazu Nakaji and his best friend Billy Davis are playing in a field near their homes in Hawaii when the Japanese launch a surprise attack on Pearl Harbor. As Tomi looks up at the sky and recognizes the Blood-Red Sun emblem on the amber fighter planes, he knows that his life has changed forever. His father and grandfather, both Japanese-Americans, are quickly arrested and taken to concentration camps. His mother loses her job because she is Japanese. Although Tomi feels frightened and ashamed of his native land, he is forced to become the man of the family. Under the Blood-Red Sun is an unforgettable tale of courage, survival and friendship.
