摘 要
我国加入世贸组织后，国内的企业开始面对来自国外大型巨头企业的空前压力。能否提升自身的核心竞争力已关系到企业的生死存亡。随着服务业等领域的逐步放开，物流在竞争中的作用变得越来越显著。而在众多的竞争战略中，成本领先战略已经成为市场成熟，产品品质无太大差别的情况下的核心战略。零库存是企业精益生产的一个目标，如何达到零库存来降低成本、保证供应是成本领先战略的重要一环。
本文通过研究当前我国物流管理与核心竞争力的现状、存在的问题，结合了案例，仔细地分析已有经验，科学界定物流管理与核心竞争力的定义以及其对于提高企业核心竞争能力的作用，刻画在当前市场环境下提高企业核心竞争能力的关键因素，力求深入剖析物流管理与核心竞争力间的密切联系。揭示加强物流管理对提升企业自身核心竞争力的重要作用。

After our country joins WTO, domestic enterprises begin in the face of the unprecedented pressures from large-scale giant's enterprises of foreign countries. Unlocking the domains, such as service trade,etc. gradually, the role in competition of the logistics becomes more and more remarkable. In numerous competitive strategies, the cost leadership strategy has already become ripe in market, it is strategic that the quality of the products has no core under situation of too great difference. Zero stock one goal, enterprise of lean production, how up to zero stock is it lower costs , is it it supplies to be an important link of cost leadership strategy to guarantee to come.
