随着对外贸易的快速发展，我国已经成为遭受反倾销调查最多的国家之一，自80年代改革开放以来，我国共受到560多起来自国外的反倾销指控, 其中以美国为最多。特别是随着民营企业的不断壮大，与美国的贸易摩擦日益增加。但在如何应对方面，民营企业通常存在着不积极应诉、出口结构不合理、自身管理不完善等方面的问题，导致遭受了不应该的损失，不但影响了民营企业的发展，同时也给我国的国民经济造成不利影响。民营企业如何正确应对反倾销成了急待解决的问题。本文通过研究美国的反倾销制度以及民营企业频繁遭受反倾销的多方面原因，结合民营企业自身特点为民营企业在如何应对美国反倾销方面提出了建议、对策。

Research on the Private-owned Enterprises’ Response to Anti-dumping from USA
Abstract: with the rapid development of foreign trade, China became one of the countries which suffering the most of the surveys of anti-dumping. Since the opening-up reform in 1980s, China had suffered more than 560 accusations for anti-dumping from abroad and USA ranked first. With the fast growth of the private-owned enterprises, the trade friction between China and USA increased gradually. However, the problems like negative response, the irrational export structure and the poor management existed in the private-owned enterprises when facing the problem, which led to the losses can be avoided and not only influenced the development of the enterprises but also affected the national economy. It is imperative for the private-owned enterprises to know how to respond the problem of anti-dumping. This article advanced the suggestions and methods for the enterprises on the problem of how to cope with the anti-dumping through the research on the anti-dumping system of USA and the various reasons why the enterprises suffering the anti-dumping frequently and combing the features of the private-owned enterprises.
