随着全球经济一体化的发展,世界的贸易额以突飞猛进的速度增长,自中国加入世界贸易组织之后,我国贸易增长速度更是迅速提高,这一系列变化对我国的港口系统带来了空前的压力。当国内众多港口在兴建集装箱枢纽港和努力提高港口吞吐量的时候,人们往往乐于追求先进的设施设备,而忽视高效率的基础--生产组织管理。但硬件设施设备属于一种长期的投资,投入成本高,回收慢。本文意在通过基于集装箱码头岸桥装卸序列的次序安排为基础,研究集装箱码头各种设备资源的优化调度,以使船舶和内陆客户等待时间、设备的有效作业时间最短,提高设备的生产效率和经济效益。本文的主要内容如下:
1、研究分析集装箱码头物流系统的基本流程,并在此基础上建立的岸桥-集卡-堆场龙门吊的优化调度模型,以岸桥装卸序列中箱组的集装箱装卸次序为决策,运用集束搜索的方法对模型进行了求解。
2、通过对历年吞吐量数据的归纳,运用BP神经网络的方法预测模型中所需要的未来几年的吞吐量数据。
3、研究了模型中所需的模拟输入数据的生成方法。

The main content of this paper is as follows: firstly, to analyze the basic flow of the container terminal logistic system, and establish the optimized attemper model of Quayside- Lorry Card- yard gantry crane,solved the model with the decision of the load and unload sequences of the container groups of the quayside with cluster searching methods; secondly, by summing up the data of Port handling capacity during past years, the author predict the Port handling capacity data several years in the future in the model by BP Neural Network; thirdly, the author studies the creative method of the simulative input data in the model.
