江苏全年日照约折合标煤800亿吨

副省长李全林说,江苏是能源大省、资源小省,一次性能源自给率只有20%,80%靠外来输入。推进可再生能源产业的发展,将是有效缓解江苏省能源资源供需矛盾、增强可持续发展的重要途径。江苏的新能源产业在“十五”期间取得了不错的成绩,有的已走在了全国前列,但总体还处于起步阶段。
