主语the song 与sing 是被动关系.所以是be sung
听见某人做某事hear sb doing being 所以being

被动语态用过去分词
我觉得应该是：The song was heard _being sung_ ( sing ) all the time.
hear+do 或+doing都可以的，在这里面 因为后面出现了"all the time"是一个经常性的标志，所以我认为应该用进行时表重复性动作,所以填being
