Prejudice against women violates the foundamental principle that all people are created equal.Women should not be treated different from men since, according to statistics, there is no basic difference between the standard and quality of work performed by men and women who do the same work.This is an unfair fact: most of the top position in society, like company directors, judges, university professors, etc. are occupied by men.

Women are by nature good at housekeeping since the biological function of a woman is first to bring children into the world and then to bring them up. Women shouldn't attribute the exploitation of their biological advantage to men's discrimination against them.
It has been proved that women are not good at business management, political administration, etc. That is why women don't hold many important posts in social and economic life.The fact is that women have received too much special treatment in society at men's expense.
