4、男方的父母很快要来中国了，这势必会加重我们员工的工作负担，问他们打算如何处理该问题。

5、说明我们的一个员工要辞职，离开他们家。如果他们同意以上要求的话，公司会另外安排人手接替这名员工的工作。
