当表1中othername和othertext添加以后，表2中othertext中写入othername+othertext，之间用段落分开！然后表1中再有新数据添加到othername和othertext时，表2中再添加othertext+othertext，之间段落分开，和前面的数据之间也用段落分开！
请问怎么在触发器或者存储过程中实现？？
