will主观意愿
be going to事前计划好了的或马上就要实行的

be going to 用进行时态后接不定式是将要打算的意思。
wil 表示单纯的将来，用于第2、3人称第一人称的单纯将来，是将要，会的意思。

be going to 表示计划打算或有根据的推测
We are going to swim this Sunday.
Look at the clouds. It is going to rain.
will 表示主观意愿
I will go to Sally's birthday party.

其实一般情况下两者可以互换的.
