我在装red flag linux 5 时在 进入提示画面后 按了enter后进行检测时 在检测时出现了以下代码后就停住了,只有靠按重启建才可以退出 .代码如下 :
ENABLING IO-APIC IRQS
..TIMER:vector=0x31 pin1=2 pin2=-1
..Mp-BIOS bug:8254 timer not connected to IO-APIC
...trying to set up:timer (IRQ0)through the 8259A...faild
...trying to set up:as Virtual Wire IRQ...faild
...trying to set up:as ExtINT IRQ...faild :(.
Kernel panic-not syncing :IO-APIC+timer doesn`t work! Boot with apic=debug and send a report .The try booting with the 'noapic' option
是在linux还没装之前我就是光驱启动，而且我试过用red hat的9.0是可以装，但为什么red flag的不可以呢？？还有出现代码是在进入安装的deskstop之前的。

你是不是装完之后把BIOS里面的boot选项改为从硬盘启动(HD~~)
在安装时boot:>; 的提示下,随便输入些东西后回车.
再次回到boot:>;输入boot回车.，FC4的这个BUG和你遇到的情况很像，不知道红旗是否“恰巧”也有。
