我是2006年5月8号，递交到北京大使馆的申请（加拿大那边已经通过），但由于补交了一些证明，7月中旬申请进度才变成12（申请档案正在审阅中. ），可是在大使馆网站上查得（http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/times-int/06-fc-children.html）只需2到3个月，可现在已经8月了，我想知道他是从递交时间开始算的，还是从审批时间…………？？
请大家又经验的帮帮忙了，着急啊
