I am XX and was graduated from Materials Science and Engineering College, Tianjin University of Technology. During my semesters, I got excellent achievements and assumed the office of school student union cadre and in charge of gym works. I have been awarded the scholarship and excellent student award for many times, and obtained the certificates of CET-6 (College English Test —Band Six) and BME (Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering). I entered into the forming workshop in XX Company on August 1, 2006 after my graduation, and on technician duty. After my entry into the company, I was assigned to the assembly & welding workshop to conduct site-research of two weeks duration. The company intended me to know about this working procedure as the base of my future works. I was assigned to the car classis product line being the most important section in the assembly & welding workshop. By studying and site review, I knew that there were five working positions in this product line respectively as follows: F/F F/S E/C U/R U/B-ASSY. I studied the practical operation of the five working positions mentioned above, and conducted site-operation. After two weeks, I gained many experiences, and I felt the works of the staffs here were very hard; at the same time, I was confident with my own work. In my future works, I will study continuously and down-to-earth.

Tianjin Universtity of Technology. I had been a cadre in the Students Union, dealing with

the sports affairs. I had won several scholarships and the Student Award. I have passed band

six, and graduated as a Bachlor of Engineering. After graduation, I work as a technician in

the forming workshop of XX company from August 1st. When I first entered the company, I was

designated to the assembly and welding workshop, doing practical observation and study,

which is the company's idea to let us get familiar with the work process and prepared for

future work. Later I was designated to the underpan line, this line is the most important part in assembly and welding workshop. Through study and practical observation, I learned that the line included 5 work positions, they are F/F, F/S, E/C, U/R and U/B-ASSY. I learned the detailed operating method of all the 5 positions, and practised on the scene. After two weeks, I studied a lot, I can feel that the job their is really hard for the workers, and I gained confidence. In my future work, I will keep studying and doing everything down-to-earth.
