神马品牌网2016年河北省洁净型煤:Windows Live Writer发布文章的问题

近日下载了Windows Live Writer Beta版本，经过安装Net Framework 2.0和Windows Live Writer Beta之后可以进入到Windows Live Writer Beta的界面中写文章，但是在发布的过程中却出现了错误，如下

或者

不知道是什么原因，在很多台机器上都是这样子的，那位大虾能帮帮我啊，十分感谢
