美洲: tuition fee expensive, living expense is low. many scholarhip and fellowship which can cover both tuition fee and living expense.

欧洲: difficult to get a job after graudation (if not from famous univerisity) while if get a job, the welfare is pretty good
美洲: easy to get a job after graduation, while the welfare is so so

欧洲: difficult to apply pr or citizenship
美洲: also difficult to apply pr or citizenship, but easier than europe

欧洲:lifestyle is good, relaxing
美洲:lifestye is not relaxing

欧洲: if come back to homeland, the degree may not be appreciated
美洲: if come back to homecountry, the degree is usually very appreciated

欧洲: some have english programme while other programmes are in other languages such as french, german.
美洲: usually english can do ( US and Canada) except quebec etc... french speaking areas may be difficult, but one will still be understood when speaking english

如果想去英国留学,毕业后是不可能拿到绿卡的,因为英国是不允许外国移民的,至少是很难很难,就算你结婚了都没法成为英国人.而在美国却不一样,只要满足了移民的要求就可以移民.
