How is your job?And your family? I hope all are well.The children are growing up quickly.They are doing well this year in school.Ella and I are busy teaching.I am doing a lot of music, singing and directing these days.
We get together with visiting Chinese students form time to time.It's great,but it makes them homesick for Wuhan!

\The New Year was approaching.We were asked to clean the classroom to celebrate the holiday.
The cleaning began at two o'clock in the afternoon.We moved the desks and chairs out,took down the old pictures form the walls.One tall student dusted every bit of the room.A girl swept the floor as hard as she could.The window frames,the doors and blackboard were washed.Three moistened mops were moved back and forth on the floor until it was almost like a mirror.After the room was cleaned to our satisfaction we moved back the cleaned desks and chairs,putting them in order.Last, we put up new pic-tures on the wall.
Everyone enjoyde the new-born,beautifully dressed class-room.We were happily looking forward to the New Year.
