时态不对，应该都用过去时
首先整个句子应该用过去时。
好像有点别扭。把两个时间状语都放在两个并列的句子后面可能会好一点。
and 用来连接两个句子.你可以说In the morning I read a book and in the afternoon I play basketball 但这样说并不太准确,最好用过去时,表示做过的事情. a book 是单数,一本书的意思.不必加S.你可用read books 也对.加油哦
要用过去时,应该是:
I read a book in the moring and played basketball in the afternoon.
如果你把a去掉,你就可以在book前加the,或在book后加s,或两个都加.
