ghost xp 32系统下载:为什么我不能正常运行Windows Installer安装程序？

我家是Windows XP SP2，但是为什么我无数次下载、安装了Windows Installer 3.1 For Windows XP却都不能正常运行Windows Installer安装程序？
总是出现：
不能访问Windows Installer 服务。可能是你在安全模式下运行windows，或者Windows Installer没有正确安装。

看看控制面板-管理工具-服务中windows installer服务有没有启动，将他设成自动并启动就行了
