1.从句中主、宾都有了，不需要which。where指代一种“情况”。
2.insist在意为“坚持别人该怎么做……”时用虚拟；在“坚持自己……”时用正常时态。

2 insisted这里表自己坚持，不是虚拟语气，后面的时态跟主语，用过去式
