LICENSE OF SOFTWARE
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Software License Agreement (this "Agreement"), as longer as you, the Developer, shall comply with followings:
a. Distributing object codes – “Redistributable Code”, for in house developing purpose only, not used for distributing of Developer Product. Another OEM agreement must be required for runtime distribution of Software
b. Including a copyright notice reflecting the copyright ownership of The Software in such Developer Product.
c. Being solely responsible t o your customers for any update or support obligation or o t her liability which may arise from future possible OEM Licensing,
d. No t using A's name or trademarks t o market your Developer Product without written permission of A. You can freely modify t he Sample Code provided in the SDK package. However you should never modify the Redistributable Code.
e. Only making a purchased number of copies of the Software package and Documentation to be used by your employees or consultants for internal development purposes and not for general business purposes or for distribution by any means, and such employees or consultants shall be subject to this Agreement. Fur t her developer support software licensing, trademark licensing and trademark usage information is available by contacting A representative.
With your compliance of above, A grant s you a non-exclusive, non transferable license to:
a. Use t he purchased number of copy(s) SDK Licenses of the Software for the sole purpose of internally developing the Developer Product and have no any right for sub-license or re-distribution of the SDK edition as a whole or part of it.
b. Reproduce and modify Sample Code included in the SDK package as a component of Developer Product that must add significant and primary functionality to the Sample Code only for the development purpose on your application, Developer must sign a separate OEM contract with A for any sub-license or re-distribution of any Software components.
