It's I或it's me能否单独出现？如果能，那是在什么情况下？能否举个例子。
同意上面的。英语中如果出现缩略的句子，一般“我”都将表示为“me”。
比如说 Who broke the window? It's me!（是我干的！）
再比如说 Kate, go and help your father! Why me?（为什么是我？）
如果有完整的句子，那么该怎么用要看相应的句型。

个人认为口语中It's me. 可以单独出现。比如回答“Who's that?"时。但是一般不会单独出现it's I，多用在强调句型中强调主语。eg:It's I who am confused.
好像不能有It's I 的用法吧?应该是错的用法
