“人单合一”创新管理模式:
“人”是指市场链中对市场直接负责、能自主创新的SBU;
“单”是以自己竞争力为后盾的有效市场目标;
“人单合一”就是每个人都有自己的“单”,每个“单”都有人负责;每个人都对“单”负责,即对市场负责,都要成为各自市场的第一。

人单合一的管理模式是一种竞争模式,是通过全员价值的创新来实现组织的战略目标,即组织的战略目标是通过全员价值管理(TVM)来达成,核心是全员增值和自我驱动。

4T 是TVM模型中的4力:

T(Time)时间,就是要有第一的速度竞争力;
特点:第一速度

T(Target)目标,就是要有第一的市场目标竞争力;
特点:可量化、可衡量、有竞争力、可跟踪、可优化的

T(Today)日清,就是要有系统日清日高、闭环优化的竞争力;
特点:SBU自我评价、目标优化

T(Team) 团队,就是要有全员创新、全员素质不断提高的竞争力。
特点:依目标、时间、市场、环境等不同而变化,即在变化在市场变化之前的能力

The person's list unites as one"creative management style:
"Person" means market chain in to market directly be responsible for, the ability independent creative SBU;
"List" with oneself competition ability for the valid market target of backing;
"The person's list unites as one" is everybody to have own"list", each"list"s all someone be responsible for;Everybody is responsible for the "list", being responsible for the market namely, all wanting to become respectively the market first.
The management style that the person's list unites as one is a kind of competition mode, is the innovation which is worth through whole memberses to carry out built-up of strategic target, then built-up of the strategic target is to pass a whole member value a management(TVM) to reach, the core is whole memberses to increase in value and drive by one's own.
The 4 Ts is 4 dint in the TVM model:
T(Time) time is the speed competition ability that have to have the first;

T(Target) target is the market target that have to have the first competition ability;
Characteristics:Can the quantity turn, can measure, have a competition ability, can follow, excellent turn
The day of T(Today) is pure, be want a systematic day a pure day high, shut wreath excellent turn of competition ability;
Characteristics:The SBU ego evaluates, the target is excellent to turn

T(Team) team is the competition ability that have to have whole member innovation, whole member the character to raise continuously.
Characteristics:According to dissimilarities, such as target, time, market and environment...etc. and then change, Be changing at the market change before of ability
