In addition,the vendor agent certifies that this product has been
inspected and it meets the required 2.5 AQL level both for visual
and fabric defects as well as fit measurements.The Kellwood Visual Audit Inspection Report is attached to this document as supporting evidence that these garments meet all quality standards.
This form along with the Kellwood Visual Audit repor must be attached to the invoice in order to obtain payment.Failure to do so will result in delay of payment or non-payment of the invoice.
This certificate does not limit the liability of the agent/vendor or factory from further inspection of the goods once received in the Didstribution Center and or/any futher charge backs which may be generated if the shipment shoud fail the Distribution Center quality assurance audit,and the style must be inspected 100% for defects and any repairs that may need ot be completed to insure that the garments are acceptable to ship to Kellwood's customer.
