你可以在进系统后，打开‘开始’——‘运行’输入mscomfig,之后——是‘启动’，把里面的对号全都勾掉不要，点确定后从新启动，要是还不行的话，最好是从装系统。也许是中病毒了。
开机时，自动启动的文件太多，运转的速度慢。
或是有病毒了。也可以把虚拟内存调高一点。
用超级兔子，肯定能提高50%的速度，另再装清理系统软件LJ即：@echo off
