罗宾·威廉斯（Robin Williams），是美国著名的电影演员，从影非常早，拍过大量经典的电影尤其是喜剧电影，如《窈窕奶爸》、《勇敢者游戏》《飞天法宝》等等，他的演技生动鲜活，风格诙谐幽默，以一系列角色深受孩子们的喜爱，但另一方面，他也凭精湛的演技完成过大批出色的严肃题材的电影如《死亡诗社》《家有杰克》《变人》《最终剪接》等等，但总的来说他比较喜欢拍面向青少年的题材，但又传达出比较深远的主题，决不仅仅是恶搞型的肤浅人物。

另外，他还擅长做声音表演，即模仿不同的声音，所以他也为大量的动画电影配过音。

他曾五次获得金秋奖，04年被金秋奖授予终身成就奖。
