who 是指人 the Wild Man野人不是真正意义上的人
.what 既可作为主语，又可作为宾语，that没有这种作用
后面的从句是定语从句。what was so called the Wild Man in the mountains 修饰 a photo 。
A：who指人，后面的句子“山上的野人”是说什么？不是说是谁？所以用what。
C：因为是定语从句，所以of 后面不能接that。
