这些组的目的是：统一DPCA和总包商的认识和意见，写出工作组自己的工程设计文件。
技术功能组可如以下，例如：

G2—烘干炉
G3—前处理电泳
G4 –运输设备
G5—自动化设备
G6—厂房公用动力
