最近电脑经常时不时的突然无缘无故自己关机,再启动.
启动前显示:

这些英文信息是系统在检查你的硬盘，
只要你非法关机，它就会这样～
现在气温高了，
你的CPU用的可能是原装的散热器，散热性能不好，
很容易出现你说的自动重启的情况。
可以从以下方面入手：
1。改善电脑所在环境的散热条件，
比如把电脑放在通风良好的地方，远离阳光直射。
有条件的话可以放在空调房内。
2。当电脑因为过热自动关机后，
开机箱，摸CPU散热片的温度，
如果非常烫，请跳过此节，看3;
如果仅仅温热，说明CPU的热量没有很好的传到散热片上。
动手能力不是很差的话，
拆下散热器，把CPU顶盖上白色的导热硅脂擦掉
用新的硅脂（2元就可以买小小的一支）薄薄的涂上一层。
（薄点好，多涂反而对散热不利）
再安装好散热器。
你再开机会发现CPU温度降低很多。
3。如果CPU风扇有调速开关，那就把风扇转速调高些。（噪声会高点）
如果有钱的话，可以换个好点的散热器了。
如果没钱，那只有用粗犷的方法了：
敞开机箱侧板，用风扇对准里面吹，效果很不错。
经常重启是病毒问题，CPU过热问题，系统问题～！
