采空区建设大型工业建筑地基处理应用技术研究
摘要
我国是一个以煤炭为主要能源的国家,多年的资源开采在全国各地形成了很多大范围、大规模的采空区。随着国民经济的高速发展,土地资源越来越宝贵,同时由于采矿企业生产转型和可持续发展的要求,许多工业与民用建筑工程、交通运输工程需要建设在新老采空区内,但是地表附加荷载可能导致采空区“活化”或加大加速其变形,从而对所建工程造成危害,目前,国内外还缺少此方面系统的理论研究和工程实践。因此,开展采空区的综合治理和工程应用技术的研究显得尤为重要和具有现实意义。
本文系统地研究和介绍了采空区的破坏规律及地表移动特征,完成采空区地表稳定性分析的非线性有限元方法,结合邢台矿业集团2500吨/日新型干法水泥熟料生产线建设的工程实践,形成了在采空区上建设大型工业建筑的地基综合治理技术。
在采空区上建设大型水泥工业建筑是一个全新的课题,其难度在于:该项目建(构)筑物荷载大,既有静载又有动载,工程对沉降敏感,不均匀沉降要求小于等于10mm/60m;地质条件复杂,拟建场地采空区跨越年代久远,性状和结构多样,采空区顶板覆岩为风化软岩;工程选址超出了现有规范的相关技术规定;没有可以借鉴的经验,在采空区上建设2500吨/日大型水泥工业建筑在国内尚无先例,国外也无相关报道。
针对该工程建设场地特点和工程特性,本课题进行了以下创新性研究工作:
【1】综合运用钻探、物探和现场测试等国内外多项先进新技术,对采空区赋存条件、覆岩层的工程性质、冒落堆积体空化程度和采空区稳定性进行科学评价。
【2】优化选择采空区治理方案,通过实验对不同地段分别采取全充填或半充填注浆加固措施,其中半充填注浆加固是一种新型地基计算模型。
【3】为确保治理效果的可靠性,本课题进行了注浆试验、成孔钻进与岩芯、压水试验、弹性波波速检测、结石体单轴抗压强度与弹性模量测试等检验试验。提出采用压水试验结果评价采空区处理效果的工程检验指标。
【4】采空区加固采用新型CF粒状混合浆材,对水排粉煤灰和水泥混合浆液的物理性能和结石体力学特征进行系统研究,发现其规律,筛选出了适合采空区的配合比。
采空区地基经注浆处理后,在工程的施工和使用阶段,对建筑物进行沉降观测,分析沉降过程、沉降幅度,掌握沉降规律,为该生产线的安全运行提供了科学依据。
本研究课题结合工程实践,完成了采空区探测、稳定性评价、采空区治理及质量监测等关键技术,使该工程达到长期稳定的效果和设计要求,并积累了比较成功的采空区勘察、地基处理经验,形成了比较完善的理论,对今后采空区的工程利用和开发建设具有重要指导意义,同时也具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。

Research on Applied Technologies of Foundation Treatment of Large-scaled industrial Constructions in Mined-out Regions
Abstract:
Our country uses coal as its main energy source, and long-term coal exploitation caused large-scaled mined-out regions all over the country. Along with the rapid development of national economy, land resources become more and more precious; simultaneously, many industrial & civil constructions and many communication & transportation projects need to be constructed in new and old mined-out regions for the requirements of the productive transformation and sustainable development of the mining enterprises, but the surface superimposed load may possibly cause the “activation” of the mined-out regions, or increase and accelerate their distortion, consequently damage the constructions. Currently, theoretical studies and engineering practices are lack in both China and foreign countries. Therefore, it has specially important and practical significance to fulfill the research of integrated management and project applied technologies of mined-out regions.
This paper systematically studied and introduced the failure laws and surface movement features of mined-out regions, and finished the non-linear finite element analysis for the surface stability analysis of mined-out regions, summed an integrated management technology of constructing the foundations of large-sized industrial constructions in mined-out regions combined with the engineering practice of the production line for 2500t/d processed material drying cement of Xingtai Mining Groups.
Construction of large-sized concrete industrial constructions in mined-out regions is a bran-new project, whose difficulties lie in: the structural load of this project is big containing both static load and dynamic load, sensitive to settlement, differential settlement need to be less than or equal to 10mm/60m; the geological conditions are complex, the planed sites in mined-out regions have long year-span and various properties and structures, the upper rock of the mined-out regions is weathering soft rock; Selecting position of engineering excesses relative technical rules of current criterion; no experience as a reference, and construction of a 2500t/d large-scaled cement industrial construction in mined-out regions is unprecedented in China, even in foreign countries, there is not relative reports.
According to the site characters and project features of this project, this paper conducted some creative researches as following:
1, scientifically evaluated the geological conditions in mined-out regions, the engineering characteristics of the rock layer, the degree of 冒落堆积体空化, and the stability of mined-out regions, integrated using several advanced technologies such as boring prospecting, geophysical prospecting, and in situ testing.
2, the author optimized and selected the mined-out regions management plans, and adopted full-filled or semi-filled grouting reinforcement measures respectively in different lot,among these two measures, semi-filled grouting reinforcement is a new foundation calculating model.
3, to ensure the reliability of the management effectiveness, this project conducted grouting tests, 成孔钻进 and rock core, water pressure tests, elastic wave velocity measurement, concretion single--axial compression test and elastic modulus measurement etc. The author suggested evaluating the inspective index of the treatment of mined-out regions using the results of water pressure tests.
4, the reinforcement of mined-out regions used new CF granular mixed stock,systematically studied the physical properties of the mixed stock composed of wet-discharged fly ash and concret, as well as the mechanical properties of the concretion, finally found the law and screened out a blend applicable for used in mined-out regions.
After grouting treatment of the foundation in the mined-out regions, the settlement of the constructions were observed at their constructive stage, and the course and degree of the settlement were also analyzed. With grasping its laws, the author provides some scientific evidences for the running security of this production line.
The research completed several key technologies including the exploration, the stability evaluation, the management, and the quality monitoring of the mined-out regions, made this construction achieve long-term stable effectiveness and designing requirements. The author also collected successful reconnaissance and foundation treatment experience of mined-out regions, formed fairly perfect theories, these have very important instructive significance for the engineering application and construction in mined-out regions in the future, and these have significant economic and social benefits.
