我们知道贵公司是国际知名企业,享有很高的声誉。事出也并非贵处所愿,可能只是贵处的某个部门的工作失误,这些我们也能体谅,但是也希望贵方信守承诺,以诚信为主,承担应该承担的责任,而且我们的贸易关系是以合同为依据的,有法可依,受法律保护的,我们也不愿意走法律的道路去解决,只是请贵处能给我们一个合理的解决方案,希望贵处能在2006年7月20日前确确地答复我们,将我司所要求的赔偿金汇入我方帐户”。
