2.IN CASE OF ANY DISCREPANCY,NEGOTIATING BANK HAS TO TAKE OUR PRIOR AUTHORISATION BEFORE NEGOTIATING THE DOCUMENTS

3.beneficiary to submit original legalised documents to the negotiating bank at the eariliest.in case the material arrives at the port and the applicant is not able to clear the goods in the absence of original legalised documents,demurrag and related expenses on this account will be to the beneficiary's account.the applicant will advise the d/c opening bank about such expenses,with documentary proof,and the expenses to be deductible from the amount payable at maturity under the relevant bill.

4.whereas this credit is allowed negotiation by a bank other than the advising bank and whereas charges are for the beneficiary's account,negotiating bank is a warranty that they will reimburse for any claim met by us on account of unpaid charges of the advising bamk.
