这两个词组并不是固定搭配，意义视语境而定
1.point at/to (sth.) 都可用作指向
eg.It's rude to point at/to people.
2.point to/towards (sth.)表示瞄准、试对准
eg.She pointed the boat upstream.
eg.You should never point a gun if you don't mean to fire it.
eg.Their missiles are pointed at targets in enemy countries.
*引申：显出大有可能……，表明是……的迹象
3.point to (sb.)向……指出
eg.I will point it to you.

按照这两个介词的特点可以区别：
to后面一般是大地点大物品
at后面的东西一般是小地点小东西
