When we are to make our own choice on a job,we are often influenced by several factors,among which the following ones,in my opinion, are the most important ones.
First,income and welfare.To most people,this fact is most dominant reason.We awlays expect a good income.That's why we work hard for a good university.When asked how much is our expected income,we always show such great interest and attention.
Second,future of the job.Whether a job has a bright future is also very considerable when we are to choose a job.That's why most of us want to know clearly the struture of a company,to see whether it is well run.In most cases a well-run company has a good future.
Of course,there are other factors,such as location of the company,holidays and so on.However,the two mentioned above,are the most important ones.
