usb接口电涌怎么解决:Aproblem has been detected and windows hasbeen shut down to prevent damage to your computer

我的电脑是新买的，还不到3个月，先老是自动重新启动，后来就这样需要手动启动了，一直在请商家来维修的，可是就越来越不好用．有时连网页也开不了．6号商家来检测，说是显卡和主板不兼容，就换了一块，原来是用的斯巴达克惊天雷Radeon X1300pro/X1300,6号换的斯巴达克英雄7300LE,但是我天晚上有出现了这样的情况，跟原来的差不多，有点区别．也需要手动重新启动计算机．
请哪位高手告诉我是怎么回事，应该这样解决．感谢啦！！
