随着我国人口的不断增长、经济的快速发展以及工业化进程的加快，建设用地需求日益增大。为了解决诸多用地矛盾,国家提出了土地整理,土地整理是调整土地利用结构和土地关系的重要手段，对提高土地利用率和改善生态环境等起着重要的作用。伴随着土地整理的展开,各项土地整理潜力研究的工作相继开展。本文通过对壶关县三个乡镇的调查研究，收集到关于土地整理潜力研究的资料，在这些基础上，发现了目前土地整理中存在的问题，并且提出了关于土地整理的主要方法和措施。
