薪酬管理是企业人力资源管理的重要内容,我国中小民营企业要吸引并留住高素质的人才,在世界人才竞争中立于不败之地,必须做好企业的薪酬管理工作。但是,我国中小民营企业在人力资源管理特别是薪酬管理方面,还存在着许多不规范与不科学之处在阻碍着其发展壮大。这些正是本文所要解决的问题,本文从薪酬管理的基础理论着手,通过对我国民营企业的薪酬管理状况的分析,使我们对中小民营企业薪酬管理的不足有一个总体的认识,然后提出了解决这些问题的对策,为中小民营企业建立一套合理的适应社会发展的薪酬管理制度打下一定的基础。

abstract: The salary management is the important content for enterprise human resources management , in our country the small privately operated enterprise must attract the talented person which detain the high quality, in the world competition for talent neutrality to the invincible position, and must complete the salary supervisory work for the enterprise. However, in our country the small privately operated enterprise in the human resources management specially is the salary management aspect, but also exists many non-standard that does not occupy with the science hindering it to grow strong. These are precisely the question which this article must solve, this article begins from the salary management basic theory, through to our country privately operated enterprise's salary management condition analysis, enable us to have an overall to the center small privately operated enterprise salary management insufficiency the understanding, then proposed solves these questions countermeasures, establishes the salary control system for the mid and small privately operated enterprise which set of reasonable adaptions societies develops to build the certain foundation.
