be supposed to 表示“理应。。。。？”强调客观上，“猜想会....... ”常用于被动语态中
You are supposed to liten to your boss.
He is supposed to work hard.
should 表应该。。。。，强调主观上的原因
You should work hard to catch up with your classmates.
You shouldn't laugh at her.
1、be supposed to还有“据说”（=be said to)
Let's go and see that film.It's supposed to be very good.
2、计划、安排 The train was supposed to arrive at 11:30,but it was 40 minutes late.
3、be not supposed to 表示不允许等
You're not supposed to park here.

be supposed to 更强调客观原因，译为“按理说。。。。”
should 则为“应该。。。。”

be supposed to 比 should语气重些，当要表示比“要做”还要重一层的将要去做时，用be supposed to
