本文从期货市场的基本理论入手，即首先阐明期货市场的概念和功能，然后对国内的期货市场的发展和现状做了总结。文章进一步研究了国外期货市场发展的主要内容，通过对美国、日本、英国三国期货市场的论述，引出对发展国内期货市场的启示，并对我国期货市场的发展提出了建议。
