先看IIS设置中“主目录”中的执行权限是不是“纯脚本”
然后看你的网站把在盘是不是NTFS格式，是的话看网站所在文件夹的读写权限EVERYONE用户组是否有读取的权限，如果有数据库还要有写的权限。
