目前, 随着经济的发展和国际竞争的加剧，欧盟各国的纺织工业受到很大的冲击。中国为了发展经济，吸引外国投资，充分发挥劳动力和原材料成本低的优势，不断积累市场开发经验,大力发展低价格的纺织产品，并借助当前的经济全球化浪潮和贸易关税壁垒逐步取消的发展趋势，迅速扩大了在整个纺织品市场中的份额，已经占据了欧盟纺织市场的绝大部分，也因此触动了欧盟纺织品厂商。在2004年下半年，配额取消在即，欧盟加快了对中国纺织服装出口限制的步伐。2005年欧盟对中国的几种纺织品实施了纺织品特别限制措施。本文从实证的角度出发,运用大量的统计数字, 从我国的出口环境和政策及欧盟的贸易壁垒等几个方面,全面客观的分析了我国对欧盟的纺织品出口策略。本论文分三大部分，第一部分先总体介绍了我国对欧盟纺织品的出口概况，第二部分就我国对欧盟的出口环境及最近纺织品遭受欧盟特保做了详细的分析，第三部分针对欧盟的纺织品进口贸易壁垒，分析并总结中国对欧盟纺织品的出口策略。
