备份C盘时老是出现如下错误:

当程序运行时，程序无法被锁定，
有另外的程序在运行。
要尝试强行通过吗？
无法继续，是否有病毒或不正确的操作。
你是不是在windows下作的备份？
这样是不可以的。必须进入dos下才可以备份c盘。
