这是一首反战歌曲。明确地说，是反爱尔兰内战的。饱受战乱之苦的爱尔兰人民，不曾弯曲过民族的脊梁。主唱是The Cranberries小红莓合唱团的Dolores，她以自己独特的爱尔兰花腔和充满爆破力的歌喉愤怒地演绎这首歌。

The Cranberries用悲凉的缓拍描述了灰蒙蒙的战争疮疤,在拿着冲锋枪士兵监视下玩着游戏的天真小孩,残酷而真实,主歌中的Dolores似漫不经心的吟唱,淡淡的哀伤,冷静疏离,澎湃着的感情不留痕迹地被压抑着的声音掩饰着,心里有婉转的疼痛,到副歌时,Dolores用尾音的变化和拖长表现大声的控诉和谴责,愤怒到了极致,任何描述,修饰都显的无法企及和苍白,惟有爆发的诅咒来得如此铿锵掷地,这样的愤怒从Dolores的喉咙爆发出来,有悲痛顶点的哭腔.
