比较性广告是广告中最为特殊的一种表现方式,也是最受争议的一种宣传手段。各国对比较性广告的管理也不尽相同。我国尚无对比较性广告的明确定义,在立法上仍有许多缺陷。本文通过分析比较各国对比较性广告的不同管理方式,针对我国比较性广告立法的不足提出了改进的建议。

Introducing comparative advertisement is a special way in the advertisement industry and it is also the most controversial way too. Of course different countries have different governance ways to make it run well.And currently no definite definition has been made for the conception of "comparative advertisement"in our country,while there are a lot of limitation in the construction of the related laws.This paper intends to give some advice on how to enhance the quality of the construction of the related laws after the comparison of the different governance ways of this type of advertisement in different countries in this world.
