本论坛以网络休闲为主，为广大用户提供一个借助网络进行人际交往、信息交流的平台，也是网络与现实最贴近的实用型网站。实现高效、动态信息处理。现阶段实现了新用户注册、修改个人资料、发帖／回帖、信息搜索、用户之间的短信息通讯、管理员管理等功能。本文所介绍的网络论坛系统是基于开放的web服务器应用程序开发设计的，其主要特性是能动态完成信息的处理，且具有高效的交互性，更有效的处理各种信息，且具有更简单、更方便的数据库访问方法，易于维护和更新。
