1.fancy-有想象力的,精美,精致的,
如说某家餐馆布置得很漂亮,与众不同.a fancy restruant
我的学生做完手工后,急急忙忙交给我,我通常跟他们说,"Make it fancy, please. I like fancy work!"也就是让小朋友用他们的想象力,把他们的作品再做得好些.
2.fantasy--是一种脱离现实,奇里古怪的念头,想法,想象.
He lives in a fantasy world.他生活在幻想中.(不切实际)

fancy原本是fantasy的缩写,因此两者的区别不大
但是fantasy带有白日做梦,不现实,荒诞的意思在里面
Stop looking for the perfect job--It's just a fantasy!别想找十全十美的工作了,那简直就是白日做梦
